Well as long as you don't NEED those items to do endgame content it's fine with me. More money for them means more new content for us. Personally, I've never bought any stat tomes or anything like that.

You could also argue that stat tomes, and store pots etc are end game gear. And yeah, they have no issue with breaking promises...

New stuff looks and sounds exciting! As to the 'promise' Sapience made about not putting end-game gear in Store: the BIG problem with that is that they've made several solemn promises before, that were later broken. Will they keep this one?

Thats just bad support. My thoughts on WD is still not any different.. crap and crap, atleast seagate helps u with new stuff if old ones brake or is somehow faulty.

Their "support" is telling me I have to pay them (a lot) to recover the data that's lost due to their poor manufacturing...

Ive had my share of bad WD drives too.. I always buy seagate nowadays, even if Im starting to doubt them too. There has to be something u can do to get ur stuff back. Cant they help u with it?

Yup, WD sucks - my USB connector is crazy, sometimes copying 1 GB takes half a day, sometimes 2 minutes

Don't buy WD external HDD's. Connectors they use on the drives are shite and mine just broke. And, lucky me, the data is encrypted with a unique key per drive so there's no way to get my data back
